Merchant Services and collection of funds

Strategic Choices Financial & Insurance Solutions and its agent will never request or collect from its clients or the public any form of direct remuneration for its services or application to or for insurance services to be made payable to the agents name or Strategic Choices Financial & Insurance Solutions. Clients who apply for or enroll for insurance services will pay said carrier directly for direct insurance or financial services. The carrier will compensate Strategic Choices Financial & Insurance Solutions and the agent for the broker services.

Strategic Choices Financial & Insurance Solutions agents may be assessed a time non-refundable new agent enrollment and training fee. Agents may also be able to purchase sales tools, shipping and handling and/or recurring personal website services. These tools will not be available to the public.

Refund Terms and Conditions

New agent administrative enrollment and training fees are non-refundable. Sales tools and other items may be refundable, exchanged or credited for future products or services, if the request is made within 15 days in writing or email and the reason for refund is reasonable.

Miscellaneous

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree and consent to California as the jurisdiction of said courts, the State of business registration of Strategic Choices Financial & Insurance Solutions. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
